John A. Potts

John served more than 29 years in the Department of Defense, most recently as a senior-level executive with leadership experience driving transformational change and results in large, complex organizations. As an agile customer-centric problem solver, he excels in making a strategic and operational impact in high stakes environments, while demonstrating a strong ability to develop and implement effective action plans.  

Prior to launching CornerBrooke, he served as a Senior Principal Consultant at a boutique management consulting firm that leads the market in client-centered strategy execution and organizational transformation. Later, as a Managing Director in a Woman-Owned Business, he was accountable for the companies Defense Services Portfolio, consisting of more than 390 employees, working on four separate distinct programs. While serving in the US Army, John served in a multitude of leadership positions, culminating as the Chief of Staff and Principal Director for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, whereby he successfully built effective teams, overcoming challenges within highly stressful and fiscally constrained environments.

John has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Eastern New Mexico University, and a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy, from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, ICAF (now The Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy). 

John was born in Corner Brook, Newfoundland.

Janet Clement

As CEO of Jefferson, Janet Clement epitomizes leadership with her dynamic approach, exemplifying over 30 years of expertise in spearheading growth, change, and innovation. Her tenure is marked by an unwavering commitment to customer-focused solutions. Under her stewardship, Jefferson has flourished, both in market reputation and internal strategy cohesion. Janet’s belief in the transformative power of a people-centric culture has been pivotal in creating an innovative workplace. Her hands-on leadership style fosters collaboration across executive and senior management teams, driving solutions that address government challenges with client-centricity and high-impact results.

Before her current role, Janet oversaw a small business’s growth from $20M to $50M as the Chief Operating Officer. Her strategic vision and execution led to the establishment of a Shared Services Business Unit and the significant win of the Department of Commerce HR Shared Services contract. Her previous positions include Senior Director at ASI Government and a nine-year tenure at Unisys Federal, where she developed a Human Capital Practice and managed strategic accounts across various federal agencies. Janet’s roots in the public sector include significant roles at the U.S. Mint and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research.

Her active involvement in industry organizations further strengthens her leadership. She is a member of the Executive Committee for Professional Services Council and for the Industry Advisory Council for ACT-IAC, as well as a member of the founding board of directors for the Coalition for Racial and Ethnic Equity in Development (CREED).

Jeremy Arensdorf

Jeremy Arensdorf, serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Jefferson, is the driving force behind the company’s new business initiatives and proposal efforts. His tenure at Jefferson is marked by transformative growth, guiding the company into new service areas and agencies. With a portfolio of serving over 20 federal agencies, his expertise in federal acquisition, organizational development, and project management is unparalleled.

Jeremy’s credentials include a PMP certification and being a Fellow of ACT-IAC. His leadership has been acknowledged through his chairmanship of the Acquisition Management Shared Interest Group and his selection for APMP’s 40 Under 40 award. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA with high distinction from Hastings College.

Before joining Jefferson, Jeremy’s dynamic background includes being the Director of Forensics at Doniphan-Trumbull High School in Nebraska, where he established a premier speaking program.

Frank Turner

Frank served more than 22 years in the Department of Army serving in a multitude of leadership and staff positions as both an Army Aviator and an Army Strategist. Most recently, he was detailed to the U.S. Department of State as Military Deputy to the Director of the Policy and Plans Division in the Office of Emergency Management where his team was responsible for the domestic resilience of more than 30,000 employees in more than 200 facilities. While there, he teamed with Diplomatic Security to produce the State Department’s interactive, online Active Shooter training package. As the very first Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Fellow, Frank researched and published works on the Army Industrial Base, the way forward on Individual Soldier Power, the Soldier for Life Program, and the Army’s Way Forward in Cyberspace. At CornerBrooke, Frank is a Director leading Operations and Business Development.

Frank has a Bachelor of Science in Physics Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University, and a Master of Military Arts and Sciences from the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS).
